Europe’s Best Golf Resorts with Exceptional Practice Facilities

All Square, the award-winning social platform designed for golfers, has launched a new version of its app on Android making it identical to its iOS version. The aim of the app is to become the world’s leading marketplace and social network for golfers.
The new Android app now shares the same code as the iOS version and has identical functionality and features. This result was part of All Square’s bet to switch to React and React Native technologies three years ago. It means Android users will now be able to use all of All Square’s mobile app features.
Patrick Rahme, Co-Founder and CEO of All Square, said: “This will be a huge improvement for all Android users as the app had limited features until now. We will now be releasing new features across both mobile apps at the same time which will also facilitate communication.”
Smartphones running the Android operating system held an 87 percent share of the global mobile operating system market in 2019 and this is expected to increase over the forthcoming years.
All Square are also keen to appeal to the next generation of golfers. The average 18-24 year old spends more than three hours a day using mobile apps on their phone – an hour more than older groups. Nearly 70 percent of millennials say social networking apps are among their most commonly used.

Explore
All Square users can explore the world’s largest golf course database with over 33,000 courses in 180 countries. They can read reviews from like-minded golfers and then book a round of golf at locations around the world.
Book now

Profile and “courses played”
Social features are at the heart of All Square, where users can create a personal profile and share photos, videos and reviews with like-minded golfers, and keep track of golf courses played around the world using map integration.
Newsfeed and pages
Via its newsfeed, users can share their experiences with friends and like-minded golfers as well as get all the latest news from the biggest brands in golf, including the European Tour, PGA Tour, TaylorMade, Golf Digest and more.
Equipment
The equipment section has 10,000+ items and will soon become an online store where users can buy the gear and equipment they need from all the major brands.
Events
An events section allows golf clubs or individual users to create and promote events, including charity events, pro-ams, amateur tournaments and more.
The app is already online and is available to download at Google Play, or the iOS version at the App Store.
