Your Golf Trip to Aberdeen, Scotland
Tyrrell Hatton won a record third Alfred Dunhill Links Championship title at St Andrews. Here’s what the Ping staffer was carrying in his golf bag.
The 32-year-old won this event in 2016 and 2017 and equalled the course record on the Old Course at St Andrews by carding a 61 on Saturday to take the lead. This unique event is played over three legendary links courses in Scotland. As well as St Andrews, players compete over Carnoustie Golf Links and Kingsbarns Golf Links.
Hatton finished on 24 under, a stroke ahead of Nicolas Colsaerts and three ahead of Tommy Fleetwood. Jon Rahm and Brooks Koepka finished 18 under and 17 under respectively, while Rory McIlroy closed out on 14 under.
Hatton is a Ping staffer and uses a bag full of the brand’s clubs. Ping released the G430 10K Driver, G730 and i530 Irons and s159 Wedges early in 2024.
