Interview with an All Square member – Alexandre Téminian

Every week, we will be interviewing passionate golfers who enjoy using All Square. During this week’s interview, we had a nice conversation with Alexandre Téminian, a Swiss golfer who belongs to the Association Suisse des Golfeurs Independents. Alexandre told us about his golf background, how he discovered All Square and his funniest moments playing the game.

Part 1: ABOUT GOLF

To start, can you tell us how you first got into golf?

One of my friends asked me if I wanted to hit some balls on the driving range with him. I had never tried before. I was very much in to tennis at that time. I thought it could be nice to try golf. Now it has become my favorite sport and I love playing golf.

What would make golf more fun?

Scratch the highest score on your scorecard, in stroke-play. It’s nice to dream 😉

What would be the golf round of your dreams?

Playing the famous Old Course at Saint Andrews.

Your top 3 golfing destinations?

My top 3 destinations are definitely Mauritius, Abu Dhabi and Spain.

How did you first discover All Square?

A friend of mine told me about a new app that connects passionate golfers around the world while allowing them to share their golfing experiences. I was intrigued by the concept and today I’m hooked!

The check-in feature is definitely my favorite one. It is nice to see where my friends are playing and this allows me to discover new courses every week!

Yes, but I haven’t played golf with them yet. I hope this will happen soon.
