Let’s take a look in the golf bag of Webb Simpson. The American won the Waste Management Phoenix Open at TPC Scottsdale in February, the RBC Heritage at Harbour Town in June, and recently finished T10 at the Masters.
The 35-year-old carries a full bag of Titleist equipment and has been with the brand for a number of years – with the exception of one club.
Titleist TS3 (10.5 degrees, A1 setting, draw setting)
Shaft: Mitsubishi Tensei AV Blue 65 TX (45.25″)

For many years Simpson used the Titleist’s 917 driver, but he has now changed to the TS3. The TS3 driver offers an adjustable sweet spot for speed-tuned performance.
Titleist TS2 (15 degrees, A1 setting)
Shaft: Mitsubishi Tensei CK Blue 70 TX

Titleist 913Fd (18 degrees, B1 setting)
Shaft: UST Mamiya VTS 86 TX
Simpson had been using the TaylorMade M4 fairway wood, but he now uses a Titleist TS2 model with 15 degrees of loft. His 5-wood is the Titleist 913Fd with 18 degrees of loft. The Fd features a weight further forward for a more penetrating, low-spinning ball flight.
Titleist 913Hd (21 degrees, B2 setting)
Shaft: Graphite Design Tour AD DI 105 X
Titleist 915Hd (23.5 degrees, C3 setting)
Shaft: True Temper Dynamic Gold Tour Issue X100
Unusually, Simpson carries two fairway woods and two hybrids (one with a steel shaft), with a 5-iron being the longest iron in his bag. Many weekend golfers will empathise with starting his irons at 5!
Basically, these clubs replace 3 and 4 irons. His 913Hd hybrid has 21 degrees of loft, while his 915Hd has 23.5 degrees.

Titleist 620MB (5-PW)
Shaft: True Temper Dynamic Gold Tour Issue X100
Simpson used to prefer Titleist 718 muscleback irons, but has since switched to 620 MB’s. He is currently ranked 6th on the PGA Tour for greens in regulation.
Titleist Vokey Design Raw SM7 (54-14), Titleist Vokey Design Raw SM5 (60-06K)
Shafts: True Temper Dynamic Gold Tour Issue S400
Simpson chooses to play with only two wedges, a 54 degree Titleist Vokey SM7 and a 60 degree Titleist Vokey SM5. Professional players usually carry three wedges.

Simpson carries a long Odyssey putter. In the past he used an anchor-style putting stroke that was eventually banned in 2016. His putting style now sees him run his putter up his forearm in an armlock-style hold and he combines this with a claw grip.
