Presenting the New Ping G440 Series

Ludvig Aberg, the rising star from Sweden, has won his first DP World Tour title at the Omega European Masters. Let’s take a look in his golf bag.
Aberg, who only turned professional in the summer, won by two shots ahead of fellow Swede Alexander Bjork at Golf Club Crans-sur-Sierre in the Swiss Alps.
The 23-year-old doesn’t currently have an equipment contract with any manufacturer, but he does use nearly a full bag of Titleist equipment.
At the top of the bag, Aberg has a Titleist TSR2 driver. Titleist launched its new TSR range of drivers and fairways metals in 2022, used by Tour pros including Justin Thomas, Matt Fitzpatrick and Cameron Smith.
There are three models in the range, the TSR2, TSR3 and TSR4. The TSR2 has the CG lower and further forward. Designed for maximum speed and stability, this model is the longest in the range but also the most forgiving.
Rather than a fairway wood or hybrid, Aberg then uses a Titleist 7-MB 718 utility iron which acts as his two-iron. The rest of his irons are Titleist T100’s, from 4- to 9-iron. His wedges are Titleist Vokey SM9’s, while his putter is his only non-Titleist club, a blade Odyssey Works Versa #1.
