Belek, Turkey: All-inclusive golf destination
Michigan is known for its friendly residents and beautiful wilderness. Given its proximity to the great lakes, it also has more shoreline than any other state in the country, making it a mecca for some of the best golf in the world.
Here are All Square’s top ten Golf Courses in Michigan.
Constructed on a vast property spanning over 800 acres of Michigan forests and wetlands, Tullymore Golf Resort includes two pristine courses – St. Ives and The Tullymore.

Here, you’ll find a unique setup featuring five par 3s, five par 5s, and just eight par 4s.

The moment you approach this stunning property, you’ll realize that there’s something special about it.
Based on the old-fashioned and rustic looking architecture of the clubhouse and the immaculate fairways and greens found on the course, we decided Franklin Hills Country Club would be a great choice to add to our list of the top 10 courses in Michigan.
With options for fine dining, tennis courts, and some of the best golf in the state, members of this club will never run out of entertainment options to keep themselves occupied.

This Michigan golf oasis was built in 1958 by the great Robert Trent Jones, Sr.
Found near Benton Harbor, Point O’Woods displays a diverse spread of tree species, flowers, and shrubbery, which has resulted in many visitors claiming that the grounds here give off a near-magical aura.
One thing we appreciate about this venue is its selection of cozy cabins located on-site for visitors who wish to fully take advantage of the natural ambience of the area.

Discover the Lost Dunes Golf Club and experience links-style golf as it was meant to be played at this course on the southeastern tip of Lake Michigan.
Built on a reclaimed sand quarry, massive rolling dunes contribute a number of unique and memorable holes to enjoy throughout a round at Lost Dunes.
But it’s not just the beautiful layout that we love – it’s also the strategic challenge.
Elevated tee boxes, well-placed hazards, and undulated greens require all facets of your game to be on-point if you wish to play well here.

Tom Weiskopf’s simple yet elegant approach to golf course design is on full display at the Forest Dunes Golf Club.
Rather than demolishing the natural landscape, he built a course that fits nicely into the native geography of the Huron National Forest – using the trees, brush, and sand areas as features to add aesthetic appeal.
Located off the beaten path, the course and lodgings at Forest Dunes provide an escape from the bustle of city life and give visitors a chance to experience the peaceful tranquillity that often accompanies time spent in nature.

Natural, rugged terrain and phenomenal scenery courtesy of Lake Michigan and Lake Huron have inspired us to rank Arcadia Bluffs Golf Course the fifth-best in Michigan.
Not only will you find a spectacular golf course here, but you’ll also be privy to fine dining and a world-class lodging experience if you choose to stay on the property.
With wide fairways and large greens, this course is a bombers dream – but be careful, strong winds can often be felt gusting in from the two lakes in the area making club selection a tricky task!

The Dunes Club is situated on a cozy 60-acre property that can be found on the southeastern shore of Lake Michigan and is one of the best 9-hole courses in all of North America.
We love this course because it only takes a couple of hours to play and it offers a nice change-up from your traditional golf experience.
The Dunes Club was founded in 1991 by Mike Kieser, who is also the owner of several other top courses in the world. These include Bandon Dunes, Cabot Links, and Sand Valley.

This course earned a well-deserved 3rd spot on our list because of its diverse range of elevation and vegetation, two features that lend naturally to quality golf course design.
The Kingsley Country Club was built upon ancient glacial deposits. As a result, the soil here is extremely rich and promotes the growth of many different plant species that attract a variety of animals to the area.
Expect the fairways and greens to play firm and fast here as this golf course mimics the traditional style of links golf found overseas in Europe.

The South Course at Oakland Hills has seen a rich history of professional golf over the years. Having played host to 17 major championships including six US Opens and three PGA Championships, it doesn’t take long to feel like you’re walking on some of golf’s most sacred ground after arriving here.
Every hole here brings with it another fantastic reason to check out this great course, however, our favourite is the monster 498-yard par 4 18th where four great shots are required to close out your round.

Crystal Downs earns the top spot on our list because this beautiful par 70 course is one of the rare few to have maintained its original design over the years.
Perched on a narrow stretch of land directly between Big Lake and Crystal Lake, it was designed by Alister MacKenzie following his work on the famous Cypress Point course in California.
You’ll enjoy how strategic shotmaking and beautiful scenery combine at this northern Michigan golf paradise.
