Titleist Vokey Wedge Grinds: Which One is Right for Your Game?

Alexander Verschaeren will be representing the face of Luxembourg on the Pro Golf Tour in 2020. We sat down with him to discuss his choice of turning pro, his ambitions for next season and more importantly to get to know him.
I got into golf through my Mom, she had the golf virus first and now it kind of runs in the family. My Canadian background probably has something to do with it too as we golf during the summer and play hockey over the winter. Fortunately for me, I grew up right next to a golf course so I’m glad I was open minded enough to give it a shot.
I enjoy the outdoors a lot and the fact that I get to travel and meet new interesting people from all over the world who share the same passion for the game as I do. But nothing compares to executing a purely struck golf shot, I love it.

You are gonna love this. So this one time with the Luxembourg National team, we had a training camp over at my home course, Golf and Country Club Christnach. We had a few golf carts and there must have been a dozen of us out on the course, so a funny experience was written all over it… And I think if I remember correctly, we were supposed to make a birdie book for the junior championships taking place the following weekend. Anyway I remember driving the cart down the Par 3, 14th hole unaware that Patrick Rahme, one of the co-founder of All Square, was riding on the back carrying his golf bag. I gently swerved left to right and Patrick instantly lost his grip and tumbled off the cart twisting his bag straps and bag around his arms and neck only being able to free himself with assistance…truly the funniest memory!
My lowest round was 8 under par at my home course in Christnach, Luxembourg in a local event this year as an amateur.
Playing pro golf has always been a dream of mine since I was kid. And life is all about chasing dreams and having the courage to pursue them. So here I am.
I feel very special and honored to be the one to have the opportunity to represent my home country as the new face in professional golf on the tour.
My objectives are to focus on my short-term goals that I set for myself during the course of the 2020 season in order to take my game to the next level.
I’ve put a lot of time into my putting this year which had a big impact on my results this year. But short game and my mental game is something I want to master even better in the future.

Sunny California because it just simply is golf paradise.
The Golf Club at Terra Lago in California, Predator Ridge in British Columbia, Canada and Eagle Mountain Golf Club in Phoenix, Arizona.
My favorite feature is that you have the possibility to review golf courses and share your golfing experiences with the rest of the golfing world.
I’ll be sharing all my crazy and exciting adventures I will have together with my lovely caddie, Julia, on the Pro Golf Tour. It will allow my followers to have a look behind the scenes in the the life of a professional tour player.
People should join All Square to share their love for golf with others. I think it’s a fantastic way for people to find golf specific getaways and to explore the golf world through a different window.
