Streamsong’s Newest Masterpiece: Why Bone Valley Might Be Its Boldest Statement Yet

During this week’s interview we had a nice chat with Lorraine Mulliez, a young and passionate golfer from Switzerland. She plays at the beautiful Golf Club de Genève and enjoys using the All Square app when she’s out with friends.
To start, can you tell us how you first got into golf?
I got into golf thanks to my parents. At the time they were not playing the game, but they always believed golf would give me a good education. The values of golf such as, tradition, respect and politeness are also important values in my daily life.
What would make golf more fun?
I believe the game of golf would be more fun if we could add different challenges to the holes. Longest drives, nearest to the pin, most birdies played and many more.
Your funniest golf experience?
3 years ago I started my round with a quadruple bogey 8 on the very first hole at my home club. I drove two balls out-of-bounce. This meant that I was already 4-over par after the first hole and I felt that it could become a long day out there. Finally, I played the remaining 17 holes in 2-under par and finished with a very decent score. It’s funny how a bad start can lead to a good fight and a good result. So never give up!
Your top 3 golf courses?
Terre Blanche, Golf Club Bonmont and Golf Club de Genève.
What is the golf flight of your dreams?
Michelle Wie, Rory McIlroy, Tiger Woods.
How did you first discover All Square?
Arthur De Rivoire, cofounder of All Square, and Sebastien Domingo told me about the project at the very beginning. I loved the idea from the very first moment.
Complete the sentence: What I like the most about All Square is …

Your favorite feature on All Square?
There are actually two features I really like. Firstly, the possibility to discover golf courses is great. In addition, I like the check-in feature a lot, which allows me to see where and when my friends play.
Have you met new golfers through All Square?
Not yet, but this will happen soon as I have over 70 connections.
Hitting long drives or sinking long putts?
Hitting long drives.
Having the round of your life or a hole-in-one?
Having the round of my life.
Early morning or late afternoon tee off?
I like to play in the early morning.
The coolest player on Tour?
Miguel Angel Jiménez.
