VOGO Abu Dhabi Resort & Spa not only offers recently upgraded five-star facilities but also one of the best golf courses in the Middle East with floodlit night golf.
Formerly known as the Westin Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa, the resort was rebranded in January 2024 when VOGO took over management. As part of the relaunch, the resort underwent a six-month upgrade to its facilities to enhance the guest experience to an even higher level of luxury.

The amenities and service at the resort are exceptional, and for singles, couples, families or groups of friends there are perfect accommodation options. The resort has 172 extra spacious rooms and suites, all offering views of the golf course. There are deluxe and premium rooms with balconies, garden rooms with access to the gardens via a terrace and suites with balconies. The Spa by Vogo blends the brand’s health-enhancing philosophy with the rejuvenating power of signature massages and treatments. With six rooms set in the resort’s lush gardens, there are a host of treatments and massages tailored to meet your needs whether you’re winding down after a round of golf or just want to relax and feel pampered. There’s also a fully equipped gym and a large main resort pool which features both a recreational area and a children’s pool.
Guests can enjoy the clean sand and warm turquoise waters of Saadiyat Beach, just 5km away, and the resort is also just 10km from Yas Island, Abu Dhabi’s entertainment district which features Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Warner Bros World Abu Dhabi and Yas Waterworld. But if you prefer a stroll or bike ride, then visit Corniche Beach just 10km away and meander along the promenade that stretches the length of the northwest shore of the city with incredible views of the skyline.

The food and drink options won’t leave you disappointed. The main restaurants are Sacci, an authentic family-style Italian trattoria, and The Fairways which serves healthy meals, a buffet and brunch.
The Retreat offers an informal sports bar atmosphere with snacks from where you can watch golfers tee off, The Range blends a modern driving range with the relaxed vibe of a bar and restaurant with spacious seating, large tables and a diverse menu of food, smoothies and beverages, and The Lounge serves an extensive breakfast menu. Shades is the tropical-themed pool bar and the sophisticated Lemon & Lime offers a selection of wines, cocktails and tapas.
World-Class Golf
The resort provides championship-level golf at Abu Dhabi Golf Club, just a leisurely two-minute walk away. Along with the 18-hole National Course, the club also offers floodlit night golf with tee times up to 9 pm, together with world-class practice facilities, golf lessons, and a large driving range with state-of-the-art swing technology. The National Course, the 15-year host of the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship on the DP World Tour year, is one of the best golf experiences in the Middle East.
The 7,600 layout provides an entertaining challenge with 90 strategically placed bunkers and seven lakes. The perfectly manicured fairways, carved out of the surrounding desert by designer Peter Harradine, weave through undulating terrain adorned with palms, ornamental trees and shrubs.
