Sustainability in Golf: The World’s Most Environmentally Conscious New Courses

FootJoy has agreed a multi-year deal with Jessica Korda, one of the biggest stars of the women’s game, that will see her become the first LPGA player to wear the brand from head to toe.
The 29-year-old American is the brand’s newest athletic ambassador and now her shoes, clothes, hat and glove will be provided by FootJoy. The deal shows the brand’s long-term commitment to the women’s game.
The current world number 15 debuted her new look at US Women’s Open at Pine Needles.
The Solheim Cup star will provide feedback on FootJoy’s latest creations to help the brand’s designers improve the performance of its future products, and given Korda’s love for fashion and sense of style on the course, the deal is sure to inspire future design collaborations.

A six-time winner on the LPGA Tour, Korda’s most recent victory came last season at the 2021 Diamond Resorts Tournament of Champions. This topped a great year in which she made the cut in all 17 events in which she competed.
She has already secured two top-10s in four events this season, including her best ever result at a major, finishing runner-up at the season’s first major, the Chevron Championship at Mission Hills Country Club in California.
During her career, Korda has won all over the world with victories in Malaysia, Thailand, Australia and the Bahamas. She also represented the United States at the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo.

Jessica’s sister, 23-year-old Nelly Korda, won’t be joining her at FootJoy any time soon as she recently signed with Scandanavian clothing brand J.Lindeberg. The current world number 2 is now tied to an exclusive multi-year agreement to wear the brand’s apparel on tour.
Footjoy is the premier shoe and glove brand on the LPGA Tour, worn by top players like Ariya Jutanugarn, Brittany Lincicome, Austin Ernst and Bronte Law. Many wear their best selling shoes, the Pro SL and Pro SL Carbon.
In the men’s game Justin Thomas wears FootJoy shoes, and at the 2022 Masters Tiger Woods wore a pair of FootJoy all-Black Packard model shoes rather than his usual Nike shoes for extra stability and comfort.
Currently, FootJoy is the number one seller of golf shoes and gloves in the US. The brand’s products include athletic shoes, golf gloves, clothing (shirts, shorts, pants, socks, sweater, jackets, and hoodies), and accessories (bags, gloves, caps, umbrellas).
The brand recently launched their new apparel and performance outerwear collections: the Jackson Collection, Hudson Collection, Duxbury Collection, and Deer Park Collection.
