TaylorMade Introduces Qi Max and Qi Max HL Irons: A New Era for Game-Improvement Performance

(Amsterdam, Netherlands – April 11, 2014) ALL SQUARE®, the new social network designed exclusively for golfers, is a winner of this year’s Red Herring Top 100 Europe Awards, which were announced at a special ceremony in Amsterdam on April 9, 2014.
Red Herring’s TOP 100 Europe list, which recognises the continent’s leading private companies and innovative technology start-ups across a variety of industries, has become a mark of distinction for identifying promising new companies and entrepreneurs.
“Selecting start-ups that show the most potential for disruption and growth is never easy,” said Alex Vieux, publisher and CEO of Red Herring. “We looked at hundreds and hundreds of candidates from all across the continent, and after much thought and debate, narrowed the list down to the Top 100 Winners.
“Each year, the competition gets tougher but we believe All Square® demonstrates the vision, drive and innovation that defines a Red Herring winner.”
Red Herring’s editors were among the first to recognise that companies such as Facebook, Twitter, Google, Yahoo, Skype, Salesforce.com, YouTube, and eBay would change the way people live, work and interact.
Commenting on the win, All Square® CEO and co-founder, Patrick Rahme, said: “I believe this is an important endorsement that recognises our hard work and entrepreneurial vision to connect the passion and power of people’s love for golf on one completely free, accessible and engaging social media site.
“Since the beginning of 2014, we have been based at Silicon Valley’s Plug and Play Tech Centre, developing and enhancing ourproduct, which has attracted the attention of the golf industry’s leading companies and associations, with whom we have now partnered to further progress our offering.
He added: ”This year is definitely shaping up to be a very interesting one for the future of All Square®.”
Red Herring’s editorial staff evaluated All Square® on both quantitative and qualitative criteria, such as financial performance, technological innovation, management quality, overall business strategy and market penetration.
This assessment was complemented by a review of the track records and standings of similar start-ups in the same verticals, allowing Red Herring to see past the “buzz” and make the list a valuable instrument of discovery and advocacy for the most promising new business models in Europe.
