Villa Padierna Golf Resort: Golf & Luxury in Costa del Sol

The British Arctic explorer Sir Ranulph Fiennes sounded like a secret golf fanatic when he famously said: “There is no such thing as bad weather, just inappropriate clothing.”
If you want to keep playing golf this winter, it’s important for performance and enjoyment to have the right gear to keep you dry, warm and mobile.
Check out these stylish men’s and women’s golf jackets and shoes that are designed to do just that. We also review the latest irons from Titleist.

FJ FURY Men’s Golf Shoes

Tour players have made the switch to incorporate FJ FURY in practice and in play at tournaments around the world. The all-new D3 Outsole ensures a solid, rigid platform for lateral in-swing stability and turf-grabbing traction. A great show for winter as FootJoy warrants that this golf shoe will be 100% waterproof in normal use for two years.
Adidas Tour360 XT Parley Shoes

Rise up the leaderboard in stylish comfort in these golf shoes. They feature a premium, lightweight knit upper for adaptive support and a soft feel for 18 holes. This product is created with yarn made in collaboration with Parley for the Oceans: Some of the yarn features plastic which is made from recycled waste, removed from beaches and coastal communities before it reaches the ocean.
Titleist 718 AP3 Black Edition

Titleist now becomes the latest manufacturer to join the increasingly popular, cool looking black-coloured iron market. Titleist used a high-polish black PVD coating for the clubheads then married it with True Temper’s AMT Onyx shafts with a matte black finish and all-black Golf Pride Tour Velvet 360 grips.
Titleist call the AP3 irons the ‘player’s distance iron’. The distance comes from an unsupported thin face insert that springs to launch shots high and with plenty of spin. A hollow-blade body construction then pushes weight to the edges of the head and, combined with high-density tungsten weighting, offers lots of off-centre forgiveness. These are the longest, fastest Titleist player’s iron ever.
Titleist 620 MB

The new 620 MB irons stay true to everything we have come to trust from this classic model, with distinct refinements that make them even better. Designed for precision shotmaking, the 620 MB is the iron for pure ball strikers. The modern muscle back delivers a tour-proven flight with maximum shot and trajectory control, and progressive blade lengths offer player-preferred shaping from long to short irons.
Also, the Tour-preferred MB sole offers smoother and more efficient turf interaction to further enhance that crisp, forged feel at impact. They also have a clean, brushed chrome finish that features only the Titleist script. These irons were designed to to look as ‘clean’ and sleek as possible.
Titleist 620 CB

The CB model is a modern cavity back design that delivers Tour-proven trajectory and shotmaking with pure forged feel. The 620 CB has less offset than the 718 CB it replaces, and co-forged high-density tungsten weighting has been incorporated in the 3 and 4-irons to maximise ball speed and forgiveness for more consistent long iron performance.
Because the MB and CB irons have the same blade length and virtually the same appearance in the address position, golfers could easily work with a custom fitter to blend cavity-back long irons and muscleback short irons into a composite set. Both the 620 MB and CB irons have found their way into the bags of many top pros following their tour debut at the 2019 US Open, including Webb Simpson, Jimmy Walker and Charles Howell III.
