Las Vegas has a host of resorts to choose from which offer stay & play packages and access to excellent golf courses designed by some of the greats of the industry.
The ‘Entertainment Capital of the World’ is a bucket-list location for golfers with incredible places to stay and manicured courses surrounded by the Nevada desert.
The Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa – A retreat on the shores of Lake Las Vegas, just 20 minutes from the Strip, that comes with golfing privileges at the resident and private Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, South Shore Country Club. If you stay here you’ll also be able to experience the public-access on-site Reflection Bay course, another world-class signature Nicklaus design.

Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort – Just 25 minutes from the Strip, there are three courses to play here, all designed by Pete Dye. The Snow Mountain, Sun Mountain and Wolf Course are the three loops, and they all offer slightly differing tests. The resort is partnered with MGM Resorts International which offers stay & play packages to guests.

MGM resorts in Las Vegas line the Strip and include iconic names such as Mandalay Bay, Bellagio, and MGM Grand. If you stay at any MGM resort you also get access to Shadow Creek and DragonRidge golf courses. The former was sculpted from the Nevada desert by Tom Fazio and is a paradise of creeks, waterfalls and lush gardens surrounded by mountains. The latter is located in the McCullough Mountains, high above the Las Vegas Valley, and is a beautiful course of canyons designed Jay Morrish and David Druzisk.

Luxor Resort & Casino – This pyramid-shaped icon, another MGM resort, is one of the most recognizable buildings on the Strip. It features a casino, live entertainment, swimming pools, and a spa. Guests here will be able to gain access to Rio Secco Golf Club and Cascata, both designed by Rees Jones and two of the best desert courses anywhere in the world. Guests will also enjoy access at Paiute, TPC Las Vegas, Bali Hai, and Shadow Creek.

Hilton Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa – This is a lakeside hotel 20 minutes from the Strip and next to MonteLago, a Tuscan-inspired village with a marina, shops and water sports. It offers enjoy stay & play packages and access to Reflection Bay Golf Club, just a mile away, as well as South Shore. It’s also just a short drive to Rio Secco Golf Club, Cascata Golf Club and Chimera Golf Club.

Wynn Las Vegas – An incredibly luxurious option on the Las Vegas Strip. This stylish resort, and its sibling Encore at Wynn, has top-brand shopping, award-winning restaurants and sophisticated spas. It’s also home to the Wynn Golf Club, an 18-hole championship course designed by Tom Fazio in partnership with his son Logan. A brilliant and beautiful challenge with over 8,000 trees, three lakes and meandering streams.
