Arabella Golf Resort Mallorca Unveils New Brand Identity

Camiral Golf & Wellness on Spain’s Costa Brava is one of Europe’s premier golf and lifestyle resorts which offers a luxury five-star hotel and exceptional hospitality.
Less than an hour from Barcelona and just 15 minutes from the historic town of Girona, Camiral Golf & Wellness is home to two fantastic 18-hole championship golf courses as well as a brand new state-of-the-art wellness centre and superb wine and gastronomy.

Nestled in the heart of the resort, Hotel Camiral is a low-rise art deco style haven of tranquillity which blends luxury and tasteful elegance. Its 138 rooms, suites and living spaces, some with a private terrace or balcony, combine modern aesthetics and natural furnishings and come with views over the swimming pool, golf course or driving range.
The room options offer Egyptian cotton linens, spacious en-suite bathrooms finished with oak flooring, hand-painted Spanish tiles and gilt-edged mirrors, a large bathtub, a rain shower and Spanish-woven cotton towels and robes.

Every guest is catered for, from solo travellers to couples, families, and groups of friends. Options range from standard, deluxe and superior deluxe rooms to suites, deluxe suites, interconnected family suites, duplex suites and the Camiral and Presidential Suites.

Camiral Golf & Wellness is also home to the contemporary four-star Lavida Hotel, a 50-room delight with modern décor, high-tech features and elegant details, buzzing communal spaces, a swimming pool and private balconies with golf course views. The resort also offers a range of exclusive luxury rental properties, including luxury apartments, villas and townhouses.

Nestled in the Catalan forests akin to a nature reserve, the Wellness Centre is more than a spa. With indulgent massages, technology-led treatments, a state-of-the-art gym and experts on hand to sculpt your bespoke retreat, this holistic approach leaves visitors with long-lasting benefits for the mind, body and soul.
There are sports recovery treatments using state-of-the-art technology including Cryotherapy and Oxygen Chamber Therapy, yoga and pilates, and a world-class range of beauty, aromatherapy, mind and body wellness treatments and programmes.

The Stadium Course and the Tour Course are both woodland layouts designed by Angel Gallardo with manicured rolling fairways framed by the Pyrenees mountains. The Stadium Course opened in 1999 and hosted the Spanish Open on the European Tour in 2000, 2009 and 2014, while the easier Tour Course is just as beautiful, adorned with pine trees and lakes.

The PGA Academy at the resort offers a complete golf learning experience for players of all levels using the latest technology including Trackman, while the Golf Hub provides state-of-the-art practice facilities.

There are five dining options to choose from including the refined 1477 Restaurant based on locally sourced ingredients cooked over the grill. The lively Club Cafe has a sunny terrace overlooking the Stadium Course and Montseny Massif mountain range and serves local favourites. Bella’s is famous for its rustic Italian pizzas and there’s also the Pool Bar and the Lounge Bar.
The resort offers wine tasting with experts and is now producing its own red, white and rose wines from its very own vineyard. The region directly around the resort is also home to the Emporda Wine Route.

Guests can take advantage of the running circuits around the resort or enjoy a guided bike tour. Other outdoor activities include Forest Park, a family adventure park with a zip-wire, cycling, trekking and horse-riding on trails through nearby forests and mountains. There are also paddle and tennis courts, a beach shuttle and a children’s club.
